ヤマト、もしくはゆうパックにてお送りいたします。
なお、レターパックにてお送りできる作品につきましては、こちらの判断で送料を変更いたします。差額は発送時に返金いたします。
着日指定について
お届け日のご指定はご注文日から3営業日後以降の場合のみ承ります。「ストアへの特記事項」欄にご希望日時をご記入ください。臨時休業、長期出張などによりご希望に添えない場合がございますことご了承願います。お急ぎの際は事前にご確認をお願いいたします。
＊オンライン特別展中の発送は、お届けまでに通常よりお時間をいただきますことご理解いただけますと幸いです。順番にお送りいたしますが、ご注文から発送までに10日間〜14日間の日数がかかる場合がございます。
International shipping
We ship internationally the items on our website to many countries around the world where Japan Post service covers. We try our best to deliver, but essence kyoto still has the right to refuse international orders.
essence kyoto is not responsible for any import taxes or duties imposed by the country of import, for shipping to outside of Japan.
Shipping cost includes handling fee and insurance. All cross border duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. essence kyoto delivers the works to endusers.
Shipping cost are determined by the weight dimensions of the items in the order, then please choose the area of your shipping address before check out. Shipping cost includes handling fee and insurance. essence kyoto packs and ships each order within 5 business days of purchase. International deliveries by Express Mail Service (EMS) take 5 to 15 days.
